Each Rising Side Table is meticulously handcrafted upon request in our studio to guarantee the highest level of finish and structural precision. Please allow an estimated production lead time of 4 to 6 weeks before shipment.
Worldwide insured shipping is available. Once your design is finalized and prepared for transport, you will receive a dedicated tracking link to follow its journey to your space.
Two-Year Studio Warranty
We stand firmly behind the structural innovation and lasting quality of our kinetic designs. Every Rising Side Table comes with a comprehensive two year studio warranty from the date of delivery.

What is Covered: This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, material integrity issues, and the smooth functionality of the custom kinetic mechanism under normal, indoor residential use.

What is Excluded: This warranty does not cover aesthetic wear and tear that naturally occurs over time, such as minor wood aging. It also excludes damages resulting from improper handling, overloading beyond the specified weight capacity, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions, such as severe humidity.

Quality Guarantee & Returns
We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of every design that leaves our studio. Because each Rising Side Table is handcrafted individually upon request, we encourage you to review all technical specifications carefully before purchasing.

Returns: If you wish to return your design, please contact the studio within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unaltered, and securely packed in its original custom packaging to prevent damage during transit. Return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the client.

Damages during Transit: Every shipment is fully insured. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please inspect the package upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours with photographic documentation so we can prioritize a swift resolution or replacement.
