Two-Year Studio Warranty

What is Covered: This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, structural integrity issues, and the smooth functionality of the custom kinetic hinges and mechanisms under normal, indoor residential use.

What is Excluded: This warranty does not cover aesthetic wear and tear that naturally occurs over time, such as minor wood aging or natural patina. It also excludes damages resulting from improper handling, overloading beyond the specified weight capacity, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions, such as severe humidity or outdoor elements.

Quality Guarantee & Returns
We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of every design that leaves our studio. Because each Rising Chair is handcrafted individually upon request, we encourage you to review all technical specifications and spatial requirements carefully before purchasing.

Returns: If you wish to return your design, please contact the studio within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unaltered, and securely packed in its original custom packaging to prevent damage during transit. Return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the client.

Damages during Transit: Every shipment is fully insured. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please inspect the package upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours with photographic documentation so we can prioritize a swift resolution or replacement.
