Every Flow Wall Desk is handcrafted to order in the Netherlands, combining traditional artisan precision with innovative kinetic engineering. Each piece is meticulously constructed from the finest sustainably sourced solid wood, revealing the rich, natural grain of our Oak and Walnut editions, or finished in our refined monochromatic tones: Grey, Black, and Graphic Black. The surfaces are enhanced and protected by a hand-applied, premium transparent oil wax finish.
The kinetic mechanism relies on custom, high-grade solid brass hardware. These precision-engineered brass components provide the structure with uncompromising stability, gracefully supporting up to 20 kg (44 lbs) for everyday use while maintaining its clean, geometric aesthetic.

We stand firmly behind the structural innovation and lasting quality of our kinetic designs. Every Flow Wall Desk comes with a comprehensive two-year studio warranty from the date of delivery.

What is Covered: This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, structural integrity issues, and the smooth functionality of the custom kinetic brass mechanism under normal, residential use.

What is Excluded: This warranty does not cover aesthetic wear and tear that naturally occurs over time (such as minor wood aging or natural brass patina). It also excludes damages resulting from improper installation, overloading beyond the specified 20 kg weight capacity, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions (such as severe humidity).

Quality Guarantee & Returns
We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of every design that leaves our studio. Because each Flow Wall Desk is handcrafted individually upon request, we encourage you to review all technical specifications and spatial requirements carefully before purchasing.

Returns: If you wish to return your design, please contact the studio within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unaltered, and securely packed in its original custom packaging to prevent damage during transit. Return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the client.

Damages during Transit: Every shipment is fully insured. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please inspect the package upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours with photographic documentation so we can prioritize a swift resolution or replacement.

Worldwide insured shipping is available. Once your design is finalized and prepared for transport, you will receive a dedicated tracking link to follow its journey to your space.

To preserve the natural wood and brass components, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and highly humid environments. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. No harsh chemicals or abrasive materials should be used.
